Chlorine leak at Cynthiana water plant

People who live along the river bank in Cynthiana, from Ladish Road to AKellar Dam, were asked Thursday night to remain indoors and take shelter in the highest point of their homes, due to a chlorine leak at the Water Plant, according to emergency dispatchers.
