Life sentence for Corbin man found guilty of sodomy

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to the Times-Tribune, a Corbin man, who was found guilty by a jury in February for sexual-related charges involving a child has been sentenced to life in prison.

The paper says 63-year-old Clay Lockaby was convicted on two counts of sodomy on February 6, with a child under the age of 12. The jury recommended that Lockaby serve each sentence consecutively, but that is not allowed under state law when there is only one victim. Lockaby will serve the sentence concurrently.
