LFD: Empty house with no electricity catches fire

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Fire Department is investigating after a fire broke out in one room of an empty house that had no electricity hooked-up to it on Versailles Road. The fire started just before 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. No one was hurt.

The fire did result in a temporary traffic backup on busy Versailles Road.
