Lexington’s West Sixth Brewery Responds To Lawsuit

Lexington’s West Sixth Brewing Company is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit from Magic Hat Brewing Company.

Magic Hat says West Sixth’s similar logo has caused them "irreparable harm."

The suit seeks all profits gained from the use of the logo.
