Lexington Walmart temporarily closed for sanitizing

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington Walmart is temporarily closing its doors.

According to Walmart officials, Walmart located on Palomar Centre Drive closed at 2 p.m.Friday, as part of a company-initiated program to allow third-party cleaning crews time to thoroughly clean and sanitize the building.

The location will remain closed, February 27, providing our associates time to restock shelves and prep the store to reopen on Sunday, February 28 at 7 a.m.
