The entertainment will lead up to the Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:30 p.m., when Santa and Mayor Gray will turn the key to light up Lexington’s official tree at Triangle Park and all over downtown.
Lexington’s Christmas Parade will take place on Tuesday, December 2, at 7 p.m. The evening parade will be held downtown on Main Street between Midland Avenue and Mill Street.
Main Street will provide a beautiful backdrop for the parade with white lights sparkling in the trees along the street and in Phoenix Park and the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza. The review stand and handicap seating area will be located on Main Street near North Limestone.
