UPDATE:Lexington Police release more video of bank & gas station robbery suspect

UPDATE: LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington Police have released additional video of a man suspected of robbing a gas station and bank this week.

This video from Tuesday July 17, shows a man pulling out a gun and demanding cash from the clerk at the Marathon gas station on Alexandria Drive. He took off in a white Ford Explorer.

A man wearing much of the same clothing and also driving a white Ford Explorer robbed the Republic Bank on Euclid Avenue the following day.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.

LEXINGTON,Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are searching for a man they say robbed a bank in Lexington on Wednesday morning.

According to officials it happened on Euclid Ave at Republic Bank. They say the man did not have a weapon.

Investigators say he handed the teller a note demanding money.

The man was able to get away and drove off in a white Ford Explorer, according to officials.

Investigators say the man was wearing a UK blue undershirt, a blue jacket, had brown hair and was wearing a ball cap.

Lexington Police say this man could also be connected to a gas station robbery on Alexandria Drive that happened Tuesday night.
