Lexington Police investigate Saturday night shooting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – One man is injured after being shot Saturday night.

Lexington Police say they responded to a call of shots fired around 10 P.M. at the 700 block of Florence Avenue.

Police say when officers arrive they found one man had been shot.

He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say a nearby home and car were also hit by gunfire.

The shooting is under investigation.
