Lexington police investigate armed robbery at Shell Station
Lexington, Ky. (WTVQ) — The Lexington Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at the Shell Station at 6400 Polo Club Lane.
According to police, around 7:20 Sunday morning, officers were called to the gas station for a robbery.
Police say two suspects, both wearing black masks, entered the Shell Station and demanded money. One of the suspects had a firearm.
Both suspects then fled on foot with an unspecified amount of cash.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
