Lexington police arrest man for rape, kidnapping

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a man they say raped someone, held them against their will, and stopped them from going to the police.

According to police, 45-year-old Franklin Faulkner forcibly committed rape, then held the victim against their will, stopping them from talking to police.

Faulkner is also charged with criminal mischief for destroying property, marijuana possession, and removing the VIN from his car.
