RICHLAND COUNTY, Sc. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man working for Nicholasville-based R.J. Corman Railroad, drowned in flood waters while working in South Carolina. The coroner in Richland County, South Carolina, says 48-year old Robert Vance of Lexington was with four other co-workers on Congaree Road, when the vehicle was swept away by flood waters.
