Lexington man arrested for violent robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police have arrested a man they say violently robbed a woman in Lexington.

According to police, 42-year-old Michael Branham hit a woman and threw her to the ground while robbing her Saturday evening.

He was arrested shortly after on robbery charges.
