Lexington man arrested after high-speed chase
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington man is in jail in Rowan County after State Police say he stole a pickup truck from a car dealership on Kentucky 32 and led authorities on a high-speed chase.
Investigators say 46-year old Brian Strunk refused to pull over after stealing the pickup, drove into Morehead, ran a red light and nearly collided with two cars before finally being stopped and arrested Tuesday.
He’s in the Rowan County Detention Center facing a number of charges, including auto theft, fleeing or evading, wanton endangerment and speeding.
