Last day to vote for LHS for “Shelter of the Year” award
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Humane Society is one of 8 finalists across the nation for HomeAgain Helps’ “Shelter of the Year” award.
The Shelter of the Year campaign encourages pet parents as well as those involved in animal care to nominate organizations that make significant contributions to the health, safety and welfare of pets in their local community. The winner of the award will receive $25,000 dollars to help bolster operations and adoptions.
