Lexington council member arrested after “disorder”

Lexington, Ky. (WTVQ) — A Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council member was arrested on Sunday.

According to police, at 3:11 p.m. officers were called to a business on the 2800 block of Richmond Road for a disorder.

Tayna Fogle was arrested and take to the Fayette County Detention Center.

Fogle is charged with 3rd degree criminal trespassing, menacing and resisting arrest.
