Lex Cath & LCA both know adversity

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lex Cath is coming off a 25-0 win over Lafayette and will head to fellow parochial power LCA this Friday night.

The Knights learned from the past; the 48-2 loss to Cov Cath at Joseph K. Ford field.

But they’d like to bury that game and move now that they’ve learned their lesson.

LCA has lived life on the road so far in 2017.  One home game to kick off the season hosting Waggener before a pair of away games.

All 3 were wins.

The Eagles are used to road trips.  Somerset and Middlesboro plus Danville are all in the district.

That’s life now outside of district action too.

So getting a good program in Lex Cath back on the schedule…and getting to play it at home…is a welcomed new challenge as well.

Hear from Catholic’s Mark Perry and LCA’s Ethan Atchley in the video.
