Large cash seizure after Boyle Co. traffic stop

BOYLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A traffic stop in Boyle County leads to a large seizure of cash.

The Boyle County Sheriff’s Office says deputies stopped Brandon Lofton’s car on Wednesday.

They say he had active warrants.

A K9 unit was brought in to go over the car and deputies say they discovered cocaine, prescription drugs and $11,000.

Lofton was taken into custody along with his passenger, Helen Hurd.

Both are from Danville.
