Ky Lotto Regional Manager Charged with Misusing Lottery Tickets

A regional manager for the Kentucky Lottery was arrested on Friday based on charges of fraudulent use of promotional lottery tickets.

State Police took 55-year-old Jeffrey Riley, of Lexington, into custody after they said he was responsible for 1,800 promotional lottery tickets that disappeared in January.

An investigation reported that Riley had redeemed or validated the missing tickets at a location in Georgetown during three separate visits.

He was processed in the Scott County Detention Center and released on his own confession.
