KSP: Woman threatens to blow-up schools and judicial center

WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A woman was arrested Thursday after being accused of threatening to blow-up the judicial center and schools in Morgan County, according to State Police.

Investigators say 23-year old Brittany Fletcher, of Crestwood, threatened to have placed explosive devices in the buildings.  No devices were found after a thorough search, according to KSP.

Fletcher was arrested in West Virginia, according to investigators.  She was lodged in Wayne County, West Virginia.

She was charged with two counts of Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree, according to State Police.
