KSP: Woman found dead in driveway hit by vehicle

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A woman found dead in the driveway of a home in Pike County was hit by a vehicle, according to Kentucky State Police.

State police say the autopsy on 44-year-old Michele Smith reveals she died of blunt force trauma, consistent with being hit by a vehicle.

Smith was found dead Saturday morning outside a home in the Johns Creek area.

Police believe she was killed during a robbery or burglary at the home.

There have been no arrests so far.
