KSP: Two-year old finds gun, shoots self in the head

FLATWOODS, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a two-year old found an unsecured gun and suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

Investigators say it happened Saturday in Flatwoods.

KSP says the child was listed in stable condition at Cabell Huntington Hospital in West Virginia.

The case remains under investigation.
