Two men accused of burglarizing, burning murder suspect’s home
BARBOURVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police have arrested two men who are accused of breaking into an accused killer’s home, taking multiple items, including two vehicles, then setting the home on fire.
KSP says in September 2018, while Glenn Powell was charged with murder and placed into custody, 32-year-old Travis Marcum and 36-year-old Daniel Edwards reportedly broke into Powell’s home.
They say Marcum admitted to the crimes and Edwards admitted to being in possession of several of the items from Powell’s home and one of the stolen cars.
KSP says one of the cars was located at a junk yard, and the other car still hasn’t been located. They say the home was set on fire by a hand held torch while both men were inside.
