KSP: Three people arrested at Clay City meth lab
CLAY CITY, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say they arrested three people involved in an active meth lab in Clay City in Powell County on Thursday. Investigators say the meth lab was discovered while assisting the Powell County Sheriff’s Office on a complaint at a home on Virden Springs Road in Clay City.
State Police say they arrested 32-year old Christopher Fugate of Clay City, 34-year old Jason Trosper of Winchester and 23-year old Tasha Fueston of Clay City. All three were lodged in the Powell County Detention Center in Stanton, according to KSP.
The case is still under investigation by State Police.
