KSP: Man drunk, high on drugs arrested in stolen car

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Troopers say a man was arrested Wednesday after being pulled over in a stolen car while drunk and high.

It happened on KY 80 near London where troopers say they saw a car driving too fast. Troopers say they stopped 45-year-old Marty K. Hicks of London who was driving a Chevy Cobalt reported stolen to KSP Post 11 in London.

Troopers say they found Hicks was operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and in possession of meth. Troopers say they arrested Hicks and took him to the Laurel County Detention Center, charging him with DUI, possession controlled substances and receiving stolen property.
