KSP charges two, searching for third person in burglary investigation

WHEATCROFT, Ky (WTVQ)On May 29, 2018, Kentucky State Police responded a complaint saying people had illegally been at a home in Wheatcroft.

Trooper William Braden responded to the complaint and found Chazz Rodney, 23, Marilyn Rodney, 48, and Timmy Stone, 31, all of Wheatcroft, at the home. Through further investigation, Trooper Braden learned the home had been damaged and items from the residence had been stolen.

KSP says on June 7th,  Marilyn Rodney was issued a criminal summons for trespassing. On June 15th, Chazz Rodney was arrested and lodged in the Webster County Jail.

KSP is still searching for Timmy Stone, and is asking for the public’s help finding Timmy Stone.
