KSP charges Madison Co. man with child exploitation crimes

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police have arrested a Richmond man for charges related to possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Officers say they arrested 26-year-old Joshua Hicks on Wednesday after a joint investigation with the FBI into Hicks’ online activity.

After executing a search warrant, investigators say they found pornographic materials on his computer.  Hicks is charged with 3- counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

He was taken to the Madison Co. Detention Center.
