KSP arrest one man after barricade situation

Madison County, Ky. (WTVQ) — Kentucky state police have arrested a man after a barricade situation in Madison County.

According to KSP, around 7:30 Saturday night, deputies responded to a shooting outside of a home on Rinley B Drive.

Investigators say 39-year-old Ryan E. Oller shot several rounds into the home from outside.

KSP was able to contact Oller by phone and after “lengthy negotiations’ Oller refused to cooperate and shot several more rounds inside the home.

No one was injured.

The KSP special response team arrived at the scene and arrested Oller.

He is charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Oller is currently being held at the Madison County Detention Center.
