Kid Who Kicked Cancer Raises Money To Help Others
A little boy who survived cancer is selling lemonade to help others with the disease. 9 year old Conner Honeycutt poured up America’s favorite summer drink, while his family held a yard sale to raise money for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation–a group that raises money to find a cure for childhood cancer.
"I feel real happy about that," said Honeycutt. "I want the other cancer kids to survive cancer like I did."
Honeycutt had leukemia, but after three years and three months of treatment, he’s in remission.
