Kentucky To Receive $28 Million In Settlement With Drug Company
Kentucky will receive more than $28 million in a settlement with the Glaxo Smith Kline Drug Company, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
Kentucky is one of 44-states that claimed the drug company defrauded states by making false claims about some of its products.
One example from the lawsuit said the company claimed a depression drug would help with weight loss.
