Kentucky Guardsmen Deploy on Veteran’s Day Weekend

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ)-It is off to the Middle East for some Kentucky National Guard soldiers. Soliders with the 149th military engagement team left Saturday morning for Richmond.

They will finish training at Fort Hood in Texas then head overseas.

The guard says the team will work to promote cooperation and regional security with partner countries.
