Kentucky Guard delivers water to Texas

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Groups from all over the country have tried to help out as Texas struggles to recover from the power outages caused by a near-historic cold wave that gripped the state.

That included the Kentucky National Guard which flew a C-130 load of water to Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas this week after boil water orders were put in place in the areas around that base.
