Jockey Recovering At Home After Fall

Racing hall of fame jockey Calvin Borel is at home resting.

Borel was injured in a fall during Wednesday’s sixth race at Keeneland. Borel’s agent says he will likely be out of the saddle for three or four weeks.

The three time Kentucky Derby winner broke his fibula in the fall.

The horse he was riding on Sonic Dancer broke his leg at the start of the race and had to be euthanized.
