Jessamine Station Rd. closed after crash sends two teens to hospital

JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Deputies with the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office say two teens were taken to the hospital, one being airlifted, after a serious crash Thursday evening.

Deputies say the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. on Jessamine Station Road.

They say a 2005 Ford pickup being driven by 17-year-old Cassidy Napier collided head on with a 2016 Ford passenger car being driven by 19-year-old Kimberlyn Fomas. 18-year-old Chelsea Austin was a passenger in the car.

Fomas was airlifted to UK Hospital, while Austin was transported by Jessamine County EMS.

Jessamine Station Road at Frankfort Ford Road is still closed for investigation.
