Jarmon holds special place in heart for “Swings for Soldiers”

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Jeremy Jarmon hung up the pads to get into the medical world.  The former Cat is taking classes this summer and hoping to move from the sales side of things to the clinical side.

It’s not necessarily the path Jarmon thought he would take after football, but he was excited to be able to watch UK continue to grow and catch up with his old teammates and new coaches at Jacob Tamme’s golf outing Monday.

Jarmon couldn’t stop saying how great “Swings for Soldiers” is.  But why does the event hold a special place in Jarmon’s heart?

Hear from the former UK star in the video.
