VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ) – The owners of the widely-recognized Kentucky Castle are looking for investors who have experience in the hospitality business.
In a Facebook post, the owners of the 53-acre medieval-style property said they are physicians who lack the experience needed for the estate to reach its full potential.
They say “the ultimate goal is to find someone to work with current ownership and continue on the path of Kentucky hospitality, cuisine and community involvement.”
Silvestri Real Estate says the castle is taking offers via a ‘call for offers’ process.
The company says the current owners have spent over $2,000,000 renovating the property over the past few years, which has resulted in a 650-percent increase in revenue since 2017. They say new investors will benefit from the current cash flow with multiple value-adding opportunities remaining.
New additions to the property include a new three bedroom two bathroom luxury cabin, outdoor pool, sauna and a spa. All of the rooms were also recently updated.
Property tour dates can be found here.
Initial offers will be taken on March 11 and an investor will be named March 20.
