Investigators working to identify robbery suspect

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Lexington Police Department released surveillance video Tuesday in an effort to try and identify a robbery suspect.

Investigators say a man robbed the Dairy Mart at 115 East Reynolds Road on Sunday, April 1, 2018.

The store clerk reported that a black man came into the store with a handgun and demanded money.

The clerk gave the man money from the register and then the man fled on foot.

The suspect put a surgical mask over his face as he walked toward the counter.

Surveillance cameras captured a partial view of his face before he could put the mask on completely.
