Inmate walks away from Blackburn Correctional Complex

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A release from Blackburn Correctional Complex says that Clyde Rader, an inmate at the facility, walked away from the minimum-security prison Monday morning at about 7:45 a.m.

Rader was serving a 64-year sentence for convictions out of Fayette and Madison Counties including robbery, and burglary. He is a 45 years old, stands 6’o”, weighs 160 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He would have been eligible for parole in December 2019.
