Inmate escapes while being transferred to jail

ADAIR COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to the Adair Community Voice, an inmate escaped while being transferred from the justice center to the jail.

Officials say 25-year-old William Loy escaped just before 11 Tuesday night.

Loy is described as 5’6″, 140 pounds, brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red and black jacket and no shoes.
