Infinite Table campaign exceeds fundraising goal

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Theological Seminary closed out its Infinite Table campaign with an online celebration Sunday. The campaign raised $4.8 million which Lexington Theological Seminary President Charisse Gillett says exceeded its goal of $4.5 million.

Alumni spoke at the celebration about how much the seminary means to them and the lifelong lessons they carry with them from their time there. President Gillett thanked the individuals and congregations who helped the seminary exceed their goal.

“Because of what we’ve accomplished with the infinite table campaign, we have strengthened the seminary, we have strengthened the church, and we have strengthened the congregations that our students and graduates serve throughout the state of Kentucky and throughout this nation,” says Dr. Gillett.

Dr. Gillett says this was the seminary’s first large fundraising campaign in 10 years.
