LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – How long should it take to rebuild a program in the SEC?

Tennessee’s Butch Jones has been quoted as saying it should take anywhere from 5-7 years to build something solid.

But at Tennessee, the Volunteers might be ahead of the game.
