Hotel guest robbed at gunpoint in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say a man was robbed at gunpoint in his hotel room overnight.

Police say it happened at the Days Inn on North Broadway around 12:30 a.m.

The guest told investigators someone knocked on his hotel room door, when he answered, he says a woman and two men, one with a gun, burst in and demanded money.  He told police he gave the robbers his wallet and cell phone and the three suspects left in a blue 90’s model Ford Taurus.

No arrests so far.
