Homeless man attacked and robbed in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police say a homeless man was assaulted and robbed by three men overnight.

Investigators say the attack happened around 12:45 a.m. on Russell Cave Road near New Circle Road.

Police say the attackers punched the man and stole his pants and shoes.

The victim, whose name wasn’t released, was treated at the hospital for minor injuries.

So far, no arrests have been made.
