Harlan County woman charged with raping child

HARLAN, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Harlan County woman was arrested Monday morning and charged with raping a child under 15 years old.

State Police say troopers arrested 28-year-old Crissy Burke of Evarts around 10 a.m. and charged her with 3rd degree rape.

According to KSP, an investigation from August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 revealed Burke had sex with the child.
