Handicap accessible playground opens in Harrodsburg

HARRODSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – A non-profit group working for the good of persons living with disabilities made a lot of children happy Monday morning.

The “Kendyl and Friends Foundation” held a grand opening of their handicap accessible playground in Harrodsburg.

The foundation raised over $250,000 dollars over the course of five months to construct the playground.

The 100-percent accessible playground is located at 1501 Louisville Road.
