UPDATE: Woman found safe, ‘Golden Alert’ lifted

UPDATE: The Golden Alert has been lifted, Vickie Lower has been found safe and returned home.

FLORENCE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Florence Police issued a Golden Alert on Thursday night for a missing woman with dementia.

Police say 78-year-old Vicki Lower, left her home at Champion Club Apartments in Florence around 5:30 p.m.

Police say she was last seen walking headed in an unknown direction.

She is 5’3″ and 108 pounds with long blonde-gray hair.  She has gaps in her teeth.

She was last seen wearing black and white shorts and a yellow shirt, according to police.

Investigators say on prior occasions, she has been found in New Richmond, Ohio, Belterra Race Track in Ohio, Ross County, Ohio and in Covington, Kentucky.
