FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – A gas leak Wednesday led to the closure of several state, city and county offices in downtown Frankfort. The Franklin County Sheriff says the courthouse, the county judge-executive’s office, the county clerk’s office, the circuit court clerk’s office and both the county attorney and commonwealth’s attorney offices were closed for most of the day while Columbia Gas repaired the leak.
