LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A fugitive wanted in Arkansas was arrested at a home in Laurel County.
Deputies say they received a call Wednesday afternoon about a man refusing to leave a home.

Deputies say initially 45-year old Roger Lovell, Jr., of Tennessee, gave them a bogus social security number. They say once they determined his real identity, they learned he was wanted in Arkansas and in Russell County, Kentucky.
They say he was wanted in Kentucky on theft, burglary and other charges.
