Four teens accused of raping “highly intoxicated” young girl

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Four teenagers were arrested Tuesday in London after being accused of raping a girl under the age of 16 who was reportedly drunk, according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say they received a report that under-aged boys and girls were drinking alcohol and intoxicated early Tuesday morning at a home off Chippewa Lane in London.

During the investigation, deputies say they learned four teenagers had sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 16 who was reportedly highly intoxicated.

The four boys were arrested shortly after 7:00 p.m. at the home, according to deputies.

They were identified as, 19-year old Tristan Shay Oakley, of London; 19-year old Marty Austin Phillips, of London; 19-year old Calvin Wesley Baker, of London; and 19-year old Jerricho Taylor Asher, of London.

All four were charged with Rape 1st Degree and Oakley was also charged with Felony Custodial Interference, according to deputies.

The four were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
