Fort Knox MP indicted for soliciting sex with a minor
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – AG Andy Beshear and the Cyber Crimes Unit say a Breckenridge Co. man has been arrested and indicted for seeking sex with a minor.
An investigation on 37-year-old James Leroy Cayton started after he was found posting an online ad seeking sex with “any age,” according to the Cyber Crimes Unit.
Investigators say Cayton later communicated over the Internet with an undercover agent, assuming the role of a minor.
Cayton, who is assigned as an MP at Fort Knox, was indicted by a Franklin Co. grand jury on July 19, and arrested by the Franklin Co. Sheriff’s Department on July 29.
He is currently out of jail on a $25,000 bond.
