Former Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Dies

The family of former Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Wil Schroder said he has died.

The Kentucky Enquirer reports Schroder, 67, passed away Saturday night.

Schroder retired from the court in January after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.

He served eight years on the Kentucky Supreme Court.

In May, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association honored Schroder with its Legacy of Justice Award.
